Your Agent's Market Knowledge

Choosing the RIGHT Agent


This pretty much says it all! When you choose a Realtor to work with when buying a home, (or listing a home) you not only want to make sure it's somebody you trust and want to work with, but somebody who has the market knowledge to help you negotiate in YOUR best interest.  We all would like a bargain, or to make a large profit on the sale of our homes, but the amount you pay for your home, or eventually sell your home for is dictated by the market conditions.  It is very important to choose an agent that has done their market research and can help guide you on list price or the price to make an offer at.  Ultimately these decisions are yours to make, but an agent with good market knowledge and good intentions will help you set realistic expectations.
